FlexCMP's Newsletter module allows you to create HTML emails (with same page editing tools) which are sent to the website's subscribers. The Newsletter Module also displays textual shipment options with added links to the site where the newsletter is visualised (to overcome eventual antivirus / antispam software used by subscribers). FlexCMP's Newsletter Module also requires the Community Module to manage user groups (communities). It is possible to manage the sending of a newsletter to one, or more, groups of recipients. Subscribing to, and cancelling, the newsletter can be done autonomously by every user through the relevant web interface, so you don't have to contact your client's personnel who, according to the privacy laws (D.Lgs. 196/03), do not necessarily need to be known by the subscriber.

The FLEXCMP Newsletter SMS module allows to send SMS directly from the Administrative area of FlexCMP, gathering in a Newsletter all sent messages to a specific end users typology.
The Newsletter SMS mdule integrates the base module FlexCMP with a tool addressed to the massive dispatch of SMS, directly through the administrative interface of the site.
To every macro-typology of Newsletter you can link internal users with their own specific rights, about SMS editing or dispatching as well.

The SMSs can directly be created in the backoffice; they can be linked (over the 160 characters) and also personalized (in the field sender too).
The messages can be sent loading the file with the telephone references of the end users, or directly to the members of one determined Community.

The module supports mechanisms of automated dispatch, to program sending in advance.

The reporting tools inside this module are projected to organize and to have always available all details of all messages sent (for example SMS really received, with date and time of receipt), as well as to be able to extract all details  about every single SMS (CSV files downloading).
The system can be directly connected with the supplier of the Dispatch SMS service to have the information related to times and costs of dispatch, of residual credit, etc.
