The Ismea Portal Receives An Accessibility Logo
ISMEA's accessible institutional portal, www.ismea.it, which was developed with FlexCMP, has received an accessibility logo.

Ismea's new accessible portal, which was developed with FlexCMP technology, received an accessibility logo from the National Committee for Information Technology in Public Administrations (CNIPA) for its institutional site, www.ismea.it.
ISMEA (the Service Institute for the Agricultural and Food Market) distributes insurance and financial news services and establishes credit and financial guarantees for the agricultural industry and their associates, with the aim of favouring information and market transparency, making it easier to deal with the banking system and industrial competitively.
This recognition was the result of the institutional portal's desire for renewal and adjustment.
The conferral of the accessibility logo by the CNIPA, which indicates the portal's complete conformity to the accessibility requirements laid out in the Stanca Law, underlines the quality of the project and above all Ismea's willingness to ensure that everyone can use and navigate the portal, favouring information and market transparency, and making it easier to deal with the banking system and industrial competitively.
The new site, which is in complete accordance with the Stanca Law from 2004, also implements innovative solutions for the accessibility of tables and graphs on developments in the agricultural and food markets.
The success of the new ISMEA portal has also been confirmed by consultation data: new accessible services related to prices and databanks are continuously among the sites most visited pages, as are those dedicated to international publications.
Ismea also provides on-line access to the international data bank, Agris, a project created in association with the FAO, which allows the monitoring of food farming publications on a world-wide basis.
