Suggestions and controls in the content insertion and modification stages
To facilitate content insertion and help less experienced editors, FlexCMP has a control function during the content editing stage. If inserted content presents potential accessibility errors, FlexCMP intervenes by blocking the saving of the non conforming content or, alternatively, provides suggestions and invites the editor to be more careful. Validation procedures can be personalised for the user, thereby ensuring more discretion on the part of the more expert user, and more control on the part of those who are less competent. Seeing as many accessibility tasks regard logical and /or semantic content it is not possible to completely automaticise the process, but thanks to real time controls and suggestions it is possible to guide the editors to respect the most subjective requirements.
