Communities & online interactions

On-line communities

In FlexCMP you can easily create one, or more, user communities.
The members of a community can access contents and services in different ways.

With the Community functionalities it is possible to:
- create reserved areas manage user groups so you can
- send different Newsletters

- limit forum access

- limit participation in surveys

- activate personalised services and access personalised on a user based content

Every community can have different membership definitions:
- insertion of members through an administrative interface
- free user registration with the automatic verification of the email address validity
- free user registration with approval via an administrative interface

Forums

The Forum module allows you to activate one, or more, forums inside a site based on FlexCMP.
Each forum can be moderated, or not. In moderated forums, messages inserted by the user are visible only after the moderator has approved them. Forums can be freely accessible or limited to community members. The design of every forum can be completely personalised, both from a design and functional point of view.

Pages Vote and Comments

The module Votes and Comments allows:
• to check the satisfation level of the site user using just three simple emoticons
• to realize a section to welcome the consumers comments about the expressed vote.

Vote Functionality:
The Vote can be inserted just to some desired page, using visual editor such as every other object of page and at any level of the page
Thanks to the "smiles system", the site user has the possibility to immediately express his/her own opinions helping at the same time the website administrator to improve services as soon as possible.

Comment Functionality:
It's possible to insert a section dedicated to the visitors comments, creating double way interaction with the consumers, addressed to check the satisfaction above contents or services proposed on-line.

The comments can be inserted by Community Users and they will show:
• Name and Last name of the person who has inserted the comment
• Dates and time of insertion
• Text of the comment inserted by the consumer

The publication of the comments will be regulated by the web site administrator of the site and always submitted to the moderator approval

Surveys

By using the Survey Module you can activate one, or more, surveys inside a site based on FlexCMP. You can define the title of the survey, the text of the questions, and possible alternative responses (single choice responses). The insertion of the Survey Module provides various different visualisation options (specific, last, random, etc). This Module does not have any voting limitations, nor does it require voters to identify themselves: if you would like to have this extra function, it is necessary to have the Community module. The look of the questionnaire, the list of previous surveys, and the results in graphic form for every survey, can be completely personalised by modifying the XHTML and CSS files.
Here you can find a sample survey to give you an idea of what this module can do.
